1:1 Training Sessions - up to 3 per week.

Remote coaching
We will use Truecoach as our platform. The package includes:
Initial assessment over 3-4 sessions.
Training programme to be done at home or at the gym - up to 5 sessions per week.
Weekly catch-up video call.

Where do I begin?
I offer a free first consultation via Zoom so all you need to do is contact me below to book one in. We will discuss what you’d like to achieve and what specific challenges you are currently facing. I’d like to know what you’ve tried in the past; what worked and what didn’t.
If you decide you’d like to train with me, we will spend the first 2 weeks of your training plan assessing how you move. We will also look at your nutrition, your current lifestyle and your goals, and design a programme to get you there.
How do I know if remote coaching or in person training is best for me?
Remote coaching is ideal for you if you are comfortable training on your own following a plan and recording videos on your phone for me to look at. I send you workouts daily using Truecoach and you will send me your videos and questions the same way. I will meet with you online once a week to discuss and plan ahead.
I also offer 1:1 training sessions online or in person; these are optional and it’s up to you how many you’d like to do each month.
How will my programme develop?
I will tailor your programme week by week with the feedback you give me to get you stronger, fitter and excited to train. We will also practice some basic mindset work to improve your mental performance in the gym.
What about my nutrition?
To keep you accountable for your nutrition, we will use a meal tracking tool and habit tracking. I am not a nutritionist, so I will refer you to pH Nutrition if you would like further nutrition advice.
How will I stay motivated?
My aim is to help you believe in your goals and your own story. I help you find freedom from distractions and unhelpful thinking, to allow you to explore movement and training, and discover how much you can grow and achieve. Once a week I will also send you some food for thought; various mindset-based tools and techniques for developing mental courage and resilience both inside and outside of the gym.
Can you help me stay consistent?
Most of us have had some inconsistency in our training, especially this past year, and I'm here to help you with it as long as you're willing to update me.
