Hi, I’m Stella

I grew up in Greece, surrounded by movement, sunshine and a sense of freedom. When I moved to London, life became fast and demanding and I pushed myself in several directions until I burnt out more than once. Movement, time in nature, self-awareness work and real connections helped me find my way back to myself.

Now I help others do the same.

My work combines everything I learned through rebuilding my own health: strength, mobility, recovery, mindset and the simple habits that make life feel more purposeful. I also run More Life Adventures, where my team and I host retreats for groups of individuals, inspired by the way I grew up, full of movement, nature and community.

My goal is always the same: To help you move well, and live with more energy and clarity.
