My Story
Hello! I’m Stella, a Greek-born, former architect, turned personal trainer and adventure-filled retreat creator.
Having moved to London in my late teens for uni, I threw myself into the big career and the big city life. By the age of thirty-five, I had burnt out several times, with high levels of anxiety, isolation and sedentary living. So I quit my architecture career to pursue fitness coaching.
Resolving the physical and mental health challenges for myself has set me on a lifelong path of learning, training mind and body and in the process inspired me to help others do the same.
I’ve been training clients for the past 5 years, with a holistic approach to fitness and happiness. My aim is to help you reach your fitness goals, make lifestyle changes and build confidence and resilience in all facets of life.
Qualifications
I put my RIBA Architecture qualification aside and retrained as a PT in my late thirties. My approach has been shaped by the courses I’ve done along the way.
