Handstand Strength for Beginners and Improvers

Going upside down can be scary.

Even if you can get your wrists, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles all vertically aligned (which a lot of us struggle with), stacking your entire weight on your elbows and wrists can be a big ask.

Regardless of the fear, getting into a handstand is fun and the journey is worth it for all the gains along the way:

-Flexibility

-Strength / body control

-Body awareness

-Getting to know other people who are on the same journey.

I have been running a Handstand Strength class every Wednesday at 7am UK time and I have been enjoying a lot! It changes a little every week. It gets pretty hard towards the end, but it’s also about overcoming some fears, daring to have a go and getting to play.

So if you are scared to be upside down or want some structure on how to spend more time upside down, handstand strength class for beginners and improvers continues at 7am every Wednesday. I go live from my living room and you can join me from your space wherever you are in the world. :)
